Outline of Research at the Start

本研究の目的は、頭韻を踏むコロケーションの習得に、音読が果たす効果と個人差が与える影響を検証し、効果的な指導法および教材を開発することである。コロケーションは正確かつ流暢な英語運用能力の獲得に重要であるが、その習得は非常に困難である。頭韻を踏むコロケーションの習得を促進するには、綴りと発音の音韻的特徴を認知的に際立たせる重要性が示唆されていることから、綴りと発音の情報を結びつけ、定着させることに役立つとされる音読の効果に着目することとした。以上を踏まえ本研究では、「頭韻を踏むコロケーションの習得に音読が果たす効果」、および「頭韻を踏むコロケーション習得における最適な音読回数」の2点を検証する。
