Outline of Research at the Start

イントネーションは話の焦点を明確にし、話者の感情や意図を伝えるなど重要な働きがあり、実践的な英語力に不可欠である。しかし、その複雑さゆえに指導内容や方法は確立しておらず系統的な指導は行われていない。本研究は、「ジェスチャーが英語イントネーション習得を促進する」というこれまでの研究結果に基づき、効果的な英語イントネーション指導法としてジェスチャーを用いたマルチモーダルな学習用動画作成を目指している。
