Outline of Research at the Start	2001年にヨーロッパ評議会(COE)が刊行したCEFRでは、21世紀を生きる学習者に必要な言語能力をAction-oriented approach (AoA) (行動指向主義)に基づき、能力記述文で示した。A1からC2の言語能力レベルは、世界に広く周知されるに至ったが、CEFRの核心的教育理念であるLearner　as a social agentやAoAに基づく言語教育の刷新は、進んでいない。その最大の問題は、CEFRの核心的な教育理念の深い理解が教育者の間に浸透していないためである。そこで、本研究では、2020年度から2023年度に行った科研費基礎研究(C)(20K00759)による研究で提案したCARMの拡張・発展モデルを提案する。
