Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、国際コミュニケーション英語テスト(TOEIC)における従来の紙ベースのテストから、オンラインベースのテスト形態への移行に関する点数の差異の調査研究である。オンラインテストの普及が進んでいるにもかかわらず、その影響を調査した研究は限られている。大学によっては、入学時のプレイスメントにTOEICを利用、又は学生の卒業時の出口において利用する場合等、様々な意図で用いられる。TOEICは受験者のみならず、実施校に関しての影響が多大なテストであるため、テスト形態が紙ベースのテストであれ、オンラインベースのテストであれ、有効で比較可能な結果を出しているのかを学術的に検証し、問いたい。
