Outline of Research at the Start

英語の「話すこと［やり取り］」の能力を評価するテストには、教師と話す「面接型」テストと生徒同士が話す「ペア型」テストがある。「やり取り」の能力は、相手と協働して対話を構築する「対話能力」と文法や語彙を適切に使う「言語能力」から成っている。本研究では、英語初級学習者の「やり取り」における「対話能力」と「言語能力」の両面を適切に評価するには、どちらのテスト形式が相応しいのかを明らかにする。
