Outline of Research at the Start

琉球国王が清朝皇帝に進呈した漢文の表奏文書は、のちに清朝内閣によって満文に翻訳され、漢文の左側に貼付されて満漢合璧となった。現在、満漢合壁の琉球表奏文書の多くは北京の中国第一歴史档案館に収蔵されており、1997年に『清代琉球国王表奏文書選録』として刊行された。本研究では、同書から満文のある154件を抽出し、その全文を日本語に翻訳する。また、台湾の中央研究が所蔵する琉球の満漢合壁の表奏文書については、これから現地に赴いて調査・収集し、その満文部分もすべて日本語に翻訳する予定である。そして、日本語に翻訳した満文を『歴代宝案』の漢文と照合し、両者の内容に違いが見られるのかについて比較考察を行う。
