Outline of Research at the Start

戦時期日本の国家による学問・教育への統制や、教育団体・教化団体を通じ国民一般を対象として展開された思想善導については今日まで研究が行われてきたが、大学・高等学校・専門学校等の教育現場における思想善導講義についてはその全体像に迫る主題的な研究はこれまでのところ見られない。
本研究では、官立、私立を問わず大学や高等学校等の高等教育機関で10～15年間に亘り全国的に実施され教学刷新の一大事業となった思想善導講義が、戦時期の思想統制・教育統制策としていかなる歴史的意義を有したかという問題意識に立ち、昭和５～20年度に実施された特別講義、日本文化講義、産業報国精神特別講義の実相を解明していく。
