Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、中世の天皇および朝廷についての研究の深化のため、その基本史料と位置づけられる天皇自身の手になる記録・文書類（宸記・宸翰）の基礎研究の充実を企図するものである。戦前に盛んであった当該分野の研究の成果を継承するとともに、近年急速に展開してきた禁裏・公家文庫史料のデジタル化の成果と向き合い、基礎研究の質の向上をはかることを目的とする。具体的には、①戦前の宸記・宸翰に関する研究成果の活用を目指し、②宸記について、写本を含めてその所在状況をまとめて一覧化するとともに、③宸翰について、江戸時代の写しなども射程に入れ、『宸翰英華』未収文書の翻刻研究を行い、『宸翰英華』の解説研究の検証をすすめたい。
