Outline of Research at the Start	中世諸国一宮は、一国内の神祇秩序の枢要に位置するものと理解されてきた。ただ、一宮は国司主導のもと各国ごとに順次成立したことにより、その展開は地域的多様性を持つ。したがって、一宮と地域の関係を明らかにするためには、個別事例の積み上げが必要となる。本研究では、中世社会が神仏習合の宗教構造の上に成り立っていることを踏まえて、鎌倉後期から室町期における諸国一宮と地域の関係を軸に、政治と宗教の関係、地域社会の特質を解明していくことを目的とする。
