Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、室内アレルゲン検査用に開発したLAMP法によるチャタテムシの検出法を、保存科学分野に応用して、文化財害虫の早期検出手法を確立しさらに非専門家でも使用できるよう効率的手法開発を目的とする。
まずは、文化財収蔵施設におけるチャタテムシの検出について、既往の手法である粘着トラップによる捕獲調査と本研究における検出法とを比較、精度検証を行う。
次にチャタテムシ以外の文化財害虫に対象を拡大し、LAMP法による検出実験を行う。
最終的には文化財担当者が、チャタテムシを含む種々の文化財害虫を、簡便、低コスト、かつ早期に検出する手法の開発につなげる。
