Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、主として、フィルムによる映画制作が主流であった1970年代までを対象に、北海道における記録映画制作史およびアマチュア愛好家による映像記録制作史を明らかにするとともに、映像の内容をテキスト情報でデータベース化することによって、北海道史や北海道地域史を物語る史料としての映像資料の活用の可能性を高めたいと考えている。
