Outline of Research at the Start

DNA及び花粉分析により、地上部の植物が失われた土壌に生育していた植物が何であったか詳細に解明し、かつ、周辺の地理的な要因を明らかにする手法を確立する。さらに、植物相を問わず解析できるようにする。以下の3項目の研究を行う。
ア. 土壌含有植物DNAの分析による植物相を推定法の確立
イ. 花粉分析による植物相復元、周辺の地理的要因の評価法構築
ウ. 植物相を問わず解析可能な条件の選定、構築した手法の評価
