Outline of Research at the Start

地域の将来のヴィジョンを児童・生徒が検討する教育内容に乏しく，地域課題を乗り越えることを思考する機会を学校教育の地理では十分に提供できていない。この課題にこそ，将来の地域の姿について地図を活用しながら具体的に考える方法を身に着ける教育を実施すべきである。本研究は，地域の現状や課題をとらえる地理教育，地図教育を踏まえて，そこから一歩未来に踏み出す地域の将来像について地図を活用しながら構想する学校教育の授業開発を行うことを授業実践などを通じて検討する。
