Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は，第一には経済産業省が公開している再エネの「事業計画認定情報」を用いて，734市町村の山村における再生可能エネルギーの発電状況を把握して類型化し，第二には再エネ政策を活用した従来にはない新しい形の地域振興への取り組みを展開している山村を析出し，施策の決定過程や具体的内容を調査し，新規性を明らかにすることにある。そして，第三には，山村振興の視点から再エネ関連法の地域振興への有用性と問題点，課題を明らかにすることにある。
