Outline of Research at the Start	被災地の水産加工事業所を研究対象とする。①a.被災地の水産加工業について経年的に調べ地図化する。b.地元および近隣の漁港から水揚げされた魚介類の取扱量と比率の把握を行って地域間の比較を行う。c.輸入魚介類や、すり身等の取扱量と比率の把握と考察を行う。また、原発事故による「風評被害」についてもより深く実態の把握を行う。 ②水産加工事業所の立地と生産の把握：a.水産加工場の立地条件の評価と生産性の把握から見た実態や階層性の評価。b.人材確保（外国人技能実習生等）の方法と育成方法の把握。③購買先と販売先の把握。④先進的養殖漁業の動向と課題と新規参入養殖業者の経営実態と水産加工事業所との関係性。
