Outline of Research at the Start	本研究では、無形文化遺産・秦腔の演劇学校や劇団の職場教育とその教育方法は、俳優の創造性育成を如何に促進しているのか、という点を核心的な学術的「問い」とする。より具体的には、創造性（独特の芸風による演技や創作活動など）の育成と関わる実践知（芸の熟達者の態度、スキル、知識）獲得のために、どのような教育形態・方法が理想的であり、人間関係も含む人材育成環境の整備・改善はどうあるべきか、ということを問う。
