Outline of Research at the Start	本研究は，開発途上国における法・司法制度の整備および法曹の養成に向けた国際協力である法整備支援について，それを根拠づける法理として，不利な条件下にある他国を援助する義務の理由および内容に着目し，国家および国家間における良い統治の構築と法改革との関係を動態的に探求する開発法学の観点から，グローバルな正義の議論に基づいて解釈することにより，相手国とその国民の利益を第一に考える，相手国本位の法整備支援の意義と方法を探求するものである。
