Outline of Research at the Start

18世紀末から20世紀初頭の中・東欧地域における隣接法律専門職の非合法化または職域制限過程における活動実態を、司法制度の近代化、弁護士・公証人層、地域住民との関係という視点から解明することにより、地域における望ましい法的サービスのあり方と課題を探る。そのために、文献資料の検討、オーストリア共和国および隣接諸国の国公立図書館・文書館史料調査、国内外の研究者・法曹との情報・意見交換を実施する。
