Outline of Research at the Start	本研究は、裁量処分の自動化を積極的に推進している中国における実例を検討し、裁量処分の自動化のあり方を考察することを目的として、2025年度は不利益処分の分野を、2026年度は申請に対する処分の分野を中心に事例研究を行う。2027年度は日本法・アメリカ法・EU法における議論を踏まえて検討する。研究成果は日本国内のみならず、中国への発信も予定している。
