Outline of Research at the Start

本研究ではフュージョン（核融合）技術を念頭に置きながら、いかなる諸規制が法的に求められるかといった「法と技術」の関連性を、公法学・行政法学の視角から研究するものである。アジャイル・ガバナンスの観点から、既存の公法学・行政法学の存在意義への問いかけと合わせて、研究を進化させる。アジャイル・ネーションズ（日英加）において一定の試みがなされる一方、フュージョン（核融合）技術以外の革新的原子炉においても、法規制の新たな在り方が諸外国で模索されていることから、それらを検証するため、諸外国の実態を検証する会合参加や研究機関でのインタビュー等、精力的に実施することを通じて、本研究の目的を実現する。
