Outline of Research at the Start	本研究は、フランスにおける宗教的マイノリティの宗教的自由が「公序」の概念との関係においてどのように保障されうるのかを理論的かつ実証的に明らかにするための研究である。とりわけ、本研究では、2010年のいわゆるブルカ禁止法施行以降の状況に焦点をあて、「公序」の概念が宗教的マイノリティに対する宗教的自由の保障にいかなる影響を与えているのかを分析する。本研究を通じて、宗教的自由に関連する法令の制定過程で再定義された「公序」の概念と宗教的自由の保障との関係性を分析し、比較法的観点から、日本の信教の自由と公共の福祉の関係性について新たな示唆を得ることが本研究の目的である。
