Outline of Research at the Start

刑事精神鑑定は、精神医学と法律学の学際領域の課題である。刑事責任能力鑑定の大枠については確立された考え方があるが、具体的な実施方法については、専門家の間でも一致した見解が形成されているとはいいがたい。特に、近年急速に進歩している生物学的精神医学研究（以下、生物学的研究）の知見を、刑事精神鑑定にどのように応用していくべきかについては、十分な検討がなされているわけではない。本研究は、刑事精神鑑定に造詣の深い研究者と生物学的研究を行っている研究者とが連携して、現在の生物学的研究の知見を評価したうえで、生物学的研究の知見の刑事精神鑑定への応用に関するガイドラインの策定をめざすものである。
