Outline of Research at the Start

近時、多機関連携による漏れのない支援体制は徐々に構築されつつある。そのような状況にあっても、福祉サービスの利用を拒む受刑者等への対応が問題となることがある。本研究では、まず当該受刑者等が「各種支援を拒む」メカニズムを解明し、そのうえで当該受刑者等の選好や意思に基づく支援を実現し、諸権利を保障するための仕組みとしての「意思決定支援」の整備および拡充の必要性を示す。
