Outline of Research at the Start

司法面接法的聴取の課題の一つとして、引き出された内容が外形的事実に留まって、体験的記憶に基づいているかどうかの検証が困難な事例が散見されることがあげられる。
本研究では、司法面接的聴取において時間分割質問を徹底し、一次知覚的記憶や相互作用を問うようなプロトコルを加味した司法面接的手法が、検証可能性を高めているかどうかを確かめる実証実験を行う。
また言語的応答が困難な年少児童や知的障害者から体験記憶を引き出す手立てとして、非言語的表出を拾って記録化し、それが体験に基づく表出であるかどうかの検証を試みる。
本研究によって児童虐待等における聴取内容や表出記録の有効な活用が期待される。
