Outline of Research at the Start

現代社会では、個人情報が利活用される場面が飛躍的に増加している。本人の同意を得たうえで個人情報を利活用することもあるが、一定の情報については、本人の同意を得ずに利活用することができるのが望ましい。そこで、本研究においては、個人情報の利活用に関する基礎理論について、さまざまな場面を想定したうえで、個人情報に内在する人格的価値の多様性や、個人情報の公共性を踏まえて検討する。
