Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、船舶所有者の船員に対する堪航能力担保義務の一環として船内ハラスメント防止体制を構築することによって、船内におけるハラスメントを予防するための法的仕組みを明らかにするものである。船内ハラスメント防止体制を船舶の堪航性確保という観点から検討し、船舶安全検査の対象として、また当該防止体制義務違反に基づく責任を船舶所有者に対して負わせることで事前予防及び適切な賠償のあり方を検討するものである。
