本研究は、日本、アメリカ、EUなど欧州のメディア法制及び情報法をデジタル主権を軸として接合する試みであり、権威主義と対比される自由主義圏においてグローバル化する表現の自由と国家ごとに異なる憲法規範や情報法の秩序構想に対する国家横断的な研究として位置づけられる。
