Outline of Research at the Start

現在、ソーシャルメディアの世界では、数多くのフォロワーを持ち、動画等を投稿して大きな収益を得る「キッドフルエンサー」と呼ばれる子どもたちに注目が集まる一方で、その親による「経済的搾取」「身体的・心理的虐待」「プライバシー権侵害」や「デジタル・タトゥー」等の問題が指摘されている。
本研究では、この問題がより顕在化しているアメリカにスポットを当て、「キッドフルエンサー」の現状、具体的な事例や生じ得る問題点等を把握し、児童労働規制や表現の自由の保障との関係も踏まえつつ、「キッドフルエンサー」に対する連邦・州政府による法的対策やその検討について、文献及び現地でのヒアリング調査・研究を行う。
