Outline of Research at the Start

COVID-19の流行以降、健康医療関連情報のガバナンスに関しては国際的な課題となっている。本研究では、特に「同意」の在り方と、情報の活用目的（その公益性等）に基づいたルールの在り方に関して、生成AIに対する規制と活用を念頭に、EUのEuropean Health Data Space（EHDS）法や国際的な医療プラットフォーム、WHOの取り組みを参考にし、健康医療関連情報特有の課題を提示する。
