Outline of Research at the Start

外国人労働者の受け入れがすすむ中、地方に所在する、財源や人材などのリソースの限られた地方公共団体において、実施しうる支援策を検討し、人権保障についての課題意識を共有し、公正で発展可能性のある地域社会を構築する方策を探る。
本研究では、外国人等の支援についての意識やリソースなどの状況に大きく隔たりがある、地方に所在する小規模な地方公共を比較検討し、現状把握をはかり、いかにして人権保障についての課題意識を共有し、有効な支援につなげることができるかを検討する。
