Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、スウェーデンおよび日本による対カンボジア・ベトナムの法整備支援事業を事例に、「アジャイル型行政評価」が従来の「結果重視評価」に代わる、またはそれを補完する評価手法として機能し得るかを実証的に検討するものである。変化に柔軟に対応するアジャイル評価は、日本の「寄り添い型」法整備支援における「信頼ベースのガバナンス」との親和性を持つ。本研究を通じて、法整備支援という複雑な政策領域における評価理論の発展と、新たな実践的評価手法の開発を目指す。
