Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、これまで強行法規により民事的権利を定め、かつ、行政規制や刑事規制も定めてきた知的財産法と消費者法を検討対象として、憲法学・民主主義論・行政学・国際法学に基づき、行政により措定される政策と連携可能な立法を展開するための基盤について検討する。また、「マルチステークホルダーの協議による規制」が、裁判規範である民事規制に代替する可能性について、会社法学の観点も加えて検討する。
