Outline of Research at the Start

本研究の目的は「法的思考を育む法学教育の方法論の検証」であり、その新規性は、研究の方法として学生に見立てた《文章生成AI》との問答実験（＝ソクラテスメソッド型実験）を用いること、そして、生成AIの教育利用について議論が盛んな教育工学の理論に基づく法学教育方法論の提示を試みることにある。本研究はこうした研究方法を通じて、法学教育の一般的意義の一端を明らかにすることに取り組みたい。
