Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、地方公務員の兼業・副業の有無や内容の違いが、本業における働き方の違いに結び付くか否か、を解明することを目的とする。具体的には、兼業・副業経験が、公務員の学習ないしストレス等を生み出し、それらが本業での職務意欲やパフォーマンス、WLB等に影響するというメカニズムを想定しつつ、質的・量的調査を通じてこれらを実証する。その上で、公務員の兼業・副業がもたらす功罪の理解に貢献する。
