Outline of Research at the Start	①基礎自治体の議会選挙のような、大選挙区単記非移譲式投票制が引き起こす、政党間の得票と議席の乖離および政党内の得票と議席の乖離の、統一かつ包括的な計量的把握と、何がそれを生み、何をもたらしているかの追求。 ②参議院選挙区選挙のような、小選挙区や大選挙区が入り混じった単記非移譲式投票制が引き起こす政党間の得票と議席の不均衡の、いわゆる一票の不平等、死票、政党内の獲得票と議席間の不均衡への分割。 ③Personal vote の再現可能な形での検出。
