Outline of Research at the Start

本研究の目的は、地方自治政策の決定に国政政治家がどのように関与しているのかを解明し、比較政治学、特に政府間関係論に新たな実証的な知見をもたらすことである。この目的を達成するために、本研究では日本の衆議院議員の前職と委員会所属、委員会発言についての量的分析と地方出身議員へのインタビュー調査という質的分析を組み合わせる。この目的を達成するために、以下の二つの問いを解明する。第一に、「地方出身議員は国政において中央地方関係を自分の専門領域として選択しているのか」。第二に、「地方出身議員は地方利益を国政で表出しているのか」。
