Outline of Research at the Start

「国際的な内戦の特質とパートナーシップ国際平和活動の整合性の研究」（以下「本研究」）は、近年の武力紛争が「国際的な内戦」と呼ぶべき特質を持っている現象に着目し、それが紛争解決の政策の傾向である「パートナーシップ国際平和活動」とどのように整合するのかを明らかにすることを目的とする。両者が整合性を持つ領域と、そうではない領域を明らかにすることを通じて、さらなる政策的努力が必要な領域も示していく。研究代表者は、予備的研究の準備を進めており、概念的枠組みの基礎は固まってきている。本研究によるさらなる文献データ解析と、海外調査による聞き取り調査を通じた事例研究の成果を取り入れて、目的を達成していく。
