Outline of Research at the Start	本研究は、国際法、国内法、民間の自主規制としてのグローバル法(Global Law)から構成される多層的な宇宙法体系のなかで、 (I)月およびその他の天体の探査・利用をめぐる法・制度的課題を明らかにし、それらの解決策を探り、(II)国際的な官民パートナーシップの枠組みを用いた、月およびその他の天体の資源開発のためのガバナンス・モデルの検討を行う。先端科学技術が発展するなかで、当該分野を事例に、単に現状を写しとるガバナンスではなく新しい領域のためのガバナンスの指針となる原則の理論化と国際的なPPPの枠組みを用いた新たなガバナンス・モデルの構築を試みる。
