Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、安全保障分野における政策専門家に着目し、その言動が世論に与える影響と、その影響が生じる条件を実証的に解明することを目的とする。近年、日本の安全保障環境が悪化する中で、政治家、元自衛官、学者など、さまざまな専門家がメディア上で政策的立場を積極的に表明する機会が増えている。これらの発言が世論に与える影響を検証することは、政軍関係や安全保障に関する議論において、専門家の役割やその限界、さらには潜在的な弊害を考察する上で、学術的にも政策的にも重要な意義を持つ。本研究は、こうした視点から、政策専門家と世論との関係に関する理解を深化させることを目指す。
