Outline of Research at the Start	所得税によって公共投資を行う場合、最適な税率はどのように決まるのか？税率の決定を含め、最適政策がどのように決まるかは重要である。最適政策はその国の様々な要因に依存するが、本研究では知的財産権保護の強さに注目しその影響を分析する。まず生産性成長が内生的に決まる経済成長モデルを構築し、このモデルをベースに、課税・公共投資を操作する財政政策や貨幣成長率を操作する金融政策など、様々な政策の最適水準の決定メカニズムを明らかにする。その後、知的財産権保護が最適政策の各決定要因にどのような影響を与えるかを求め、最終的に知的財産権保護の強さが最適政策にどのような影響を与えるかを理論的に明らかにする。
