Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、先進国で顕著な出生率の低下に関し、産業構造や子育て費用の多様性に注目し、その要因を理論的に解明することを目的とする。従来の分析では、子育てに必要な財・サービスの違いが十分に考慮されてこなかった。そこで本研究では、消費財・投資財に加えて住宅セクターを組み込んだ多部門マクロモデルを構築し、出生率や資産価格（特に住宅価格）との関係、さらに合理的資産バブルの発生メカニズムを理論的に分析する。これらの知見を通じて、人口減少社会における持続可能な政策設計に貢献することを目指す。
