Outline of Research at the Start

近年では、民主主義的な政治体制は、軍事クーデター、弾圧、選挙の廃止などによってではなく、選挙による民主的な手続きによって権力を掌握した政治家が、法的な限界を押し広げる形で壊されていくようになっていると言われている。
本研究では１. 為政者に与えられた、民主主義の危機を招きかねないような裁量あるいは制度上の特権がそもそもなぜ担保されているのか？２.明文化されたルールと明文化されていない不文律、規範は相互にどのような関係にあるのか？３．憲法的ハードボールによる民主主義の崩壊の潜在的なリスクはいついかなるときに高まるのか？という問いに、情報の経済学の知見などを用いて分析を加える事である。
