Outline of Research at the Start	本研究では、再分配政策のあり方や格差、それらを再生産する社会経済的構造をおさえつつ、ケアという観点を取り入れた新たな功利主義的食の倫理を明確化する。第１に、シンガーが依拠したベンサムの功利主義の再検討を行なう。第２に、持続可能な経済というアイデアについて、18～19世紀の社会経済思想家の議論を参照する。第３に、これらの考察を通じて、新たにケアの要素を組み入れた食の倫理の定式化を行なう。
