Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、大規模な自然災害発生時のインフラ・エネルギー・サプライチェーンのリスクをいかに軽減し、回復力を強化できるのかについて探求する。都市地域の経済循環や産業構造を考慮した分析モデルを構築し、インフラ強靭化、再生可能エネルギー普及、サプライチェーン強化が、都市地域経済の災害回復力と持続力に与える影響を明らかにする。(a)過去の災害の経済被害と回復に関する調査，(b)災害リスクに対する取組、対策、政策に関する調査，(c)データベース構築，(d)モデルの開発，(e)災害シナリオ設計、シミュレーション分析，(f)総括を行う。
