Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、関税削減・撤廃だけでなく、環境物品に対する補助金の調和も含んだ地域貿易協定である「グリーン地域貿易協定（GRTA）」に関する理論的分析を行う。特に、GRTAが、(1)締結国・非締結国の補助金、国際貿易、環境の質、経済厚生に与える影響、(2)世界全体での貿易自由化・補助金の調和に及ぼす影響、に焦点を当てる。そして、環境物品向け補助金の調和を含むGRTAについて分析するための包括的な枠組みを提示すると同時に、マルチ（多国間）の貿易自由化・補助金の調和につながるGRTAの指針を示す。
