Outline of Research at the Start

我が国を含めて世界的に労働組合組織率が低下し、労働組合の影響力が弱体化する中で、改めて労働組合の存在意義に関する分析が喫緊の課題となっていると同時に、我が国では長年生産性や労働者の待遇向上が課題となっている。本研究の目的は、労働組合の存在やその活動内容・影響力の強さが企業の生産性に及ぼす効果を測定することと、どのようなチャネルを通じてその効果が発生するかについて探索的研究を行うことである。企業レベルの分析では詳細な変数を用いた分析がまだ多くない中、組合の影響力を様々な形でとらえてその生産性への影響やチャネルを検証するという研究は独自性が高いと考えている。
