Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、高年齢者雇用確保政策が、どのように税・社会保険料に影響を与えるかを明らかにする。人口減少が加速するなかで、望ましい税・社会保障制度の規模と役割には、現実との乖離が生じており、人口構造の変化を見据えた持続可能な社会保障制度のあり方が問われている。そこで、税・社会保障負担によって生じる企業・家計の行動変化を踏まえ、高齢者への政府の雇用確保政策が、有効な財政措置（助成金・税制優遇措置等）のもと、税・社会保険料の増収に繋げられるかを、費用対効果に基づいて検証する。
