Outline of Research at the Start	理論モデルとしては、有限責任制の下で企業行動が歪むことをしめした「judgment-proof 問題」と呼ばれる理論モデルを前提に、この問題を解決し、社会的に望ましい状況をどのように解決できるかを、分析検討する。その分析結果に基づいて、株式会社制度や会社規制の在り方をデザインして提案する。
