Outline of Research at the Start

介護ロボットの活用は、介護現場をどのように変えているのか。本研究は、介護ロボットの導入が介護労働者の代替（離職）・補完（採用）を通じて、介護労働者の質（保有資格・経験年数で計測）にどのような影響を及ぼし、結果として、要介護高齢者の健康にどのような影響を与えているのかを明らかにする。本研究の意義は、第一に、介護ロボットのような技術革新が労働市場に与える影響について、介護産業を例とした基礎的知見を提供する。第二に、介護ロボットの導入が、介護労働者の質の変化を通じて要介護高齢者の健康に及ぼす影響について、実証的知見を提供する。
