Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、非上場企業は理論的には非効率であるにもかかわらず、なぜ現金を過剰に保有するのかを検証する。具体的には、銀行との取引関係が現金の過剰保有に与える影響、銀行借入依存度が現金保有の原資の選択に与える影響、および現金の過剰保有が非上場企業の投資活動に与える影響に関する実証分析を行う。これらの分析により、非上場企業の現金保有行動を明らかにすることを通じて、より効果的な中小企業支援策の企画立案につながる知見を得ることを目指す。
